Are you ready for change?
Life coaching sessions aim to help and empower others to make, meet and exceed personal and professional goals. This can include excelling in the workplace, becoming happy and fulfilled at home, exploring your potential and achieving ambitions. Whether you have trouble sticking to a diet, difficulty venting anger, difficulty making changes in a relationship, find it hard to stand up for yourself at work - a life coaching session is for you!
By harnessing techniques based on core psychological principles and intuition, our in-house life coach. Amy Eden, can provide clients with the tools to confidently face difficult situations and push past emotional barriers.
Basic Principles Behind Life Coaching
Subjectivity - we all have different perspectives of the world. No one's perspective is 'right' or 'wrong,' but some perspectives are restrictive and can stop a person from becoming who they want to be.
Empowerment - it is within everyone's capability to adjust the limits of their own perspective. With the help of life coaching, anyone can learn to open their mind if they wish.
Guidance - there is a difference between an instructor and a guide; an instructor shows a person exactly what to do, whereas a guide provides the tools and support a person needs to do something for themselves. A life coach is a guide, not an instructor.
About Our Life Coach
Our in-house life coach, Amy Eden says:
"I can confidently say that I am in complete control of my life and have never been happier than I am in this moment in time. However, it has not always been this way for me. I believe that it is my past experiences that have made me choose a different path - the path to being my best self knowing who I am, what I need and how to attain it.
"Throughout my life I have had many experiences which have helped me to achieve the personal and professional success I have to date. Some of these experiences include running my own successful business and managing a team. I have also consulted for other businesses, specialising in customer service and business development,
"I have helped many people through life coaching and I continue to develop my own private practice. I am currently undertaking a BA HONS degree in Philosophy and Psychology to further develop my skills.
"Seeing the benefits through the journey of change has shown my clients and I a world of possibility. The question is - are you ready for change?"
What happens during a life coaching session?
Life coaching sessions will typically last between 45 minutes and an hour.
It is essential that a life coach has the right connection with their client. We therefore offer a FREE 20 minute consultation to establish whether client and coach can work together and build a good partnership. You will be asked a number of questions such as: What do you want to get out of life? What areas of your life are you happy with? Where would you like to see yourself in the future?
All sessions will be strictly confidential, allowing you to explore your feelings, thoughts and emotions privately.
You can have as many life coaching sessions as you like - with prior arrangement. Some people see life coach once every few months, some once a week. It is entirely up to you to decide!
How much does it cost?
Life coaching session £50 a session
I do admire Amy's attitude to things. She has helped me put things into perspective. Thank you again for helping me!
I always leave Amy feeling so positive and uplifted.
Amy is one of the people I always turn to in my hour of need, or when I need that rock to lean on. Amy takes control of irrational messages that go through my brain and enables me to become calm and focused. Her words of wisdom and rationality never cease to amaze me and never let me down.
Amy's positive attitude is infectious and it gave me the confidence to believe in myself and challenge my own thought processes. Thank you so much!
